Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon receipt so we can evaluate the issue and make it right, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Returns & Shipping

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Returns must be approved before being sent back

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted
